What’s the cancellation policy? 

We get it. Sometimes plans change, things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary. Just let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment and you can cancel or reschedule with no questions asked and no fees.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 6 hours before your appointment, your card will be charged for half the total cost of the appointment. 

Why is there a cancellation policy?

When you book an appointment, you are holding time on a brow artists schedule. Appointments that are canceled last minute miss out on other clients being able to book those times. These policies are put in place to ensure we consistently provide you with the highest quality service. 

What if I miss my appointment without canceling?

If you no show (what we call missing your appointment without canceling), you will be charged for the full cost of your appointment. 

What happens if I’m late to my appointment? 

It’s important that we stay on schedule so that we can deliver our best service to everyone. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will only be able to give you a condensed service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no show.

Is tip included?

Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated. Tips are accepted via card, cash or Venmo.

How much should I tip my brow artist?

Most people leave 18-20%.

How does payment work?

In order to make booking simple, we accept all major credit cards. If you’re concerned about security, please know that we use a trusted secure third-party server to process payments. 

When will I be charged?

While you need a card on file to book an appointment, we won’t charge anything until the end of your appointment.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

You should receive your order 7-10 business days after purchase. If you have specific questions about your order please contact hello@browtiste.com

Do you do men’s brows as well? 

Yes, we love doing men’s brows! Eyebrows are an important part of your appearance regardless of gender. With men, we take a slightly different approach, so don’t worry about your brows looking too feminine (unless you want them to).

How should I take care of my brows between appointments? 

We’ve said it before, and we will say it again, the best brow advice we can give you is not to tweeze between appointments. We know it’s tempting, but don’t do it. Back away from the tweezers. 

Should I do anything before the appointment? 

Eyebrows grow on a 28-day growth cycle, so you’ll want to leave them to grow freely for about a month. This means hiding your tweezers and getting excited to meet your new brows.

If I use prescription skincare, can I still wax?

A wide variety of skincare solutions can cause the skin to be sensitive, however, even when prescription skincare is being used, you may still be able to wax. We simply use a barrier cream to protect your skin against any friction waxing may cause. Or there is always the option to tweeze instead of wax. To achieve the best results, let your brow artist know what you use for skincare during the consultation if you think you might have sensitive skin. 

Anything I should do after the appointment? 

Now that we're friends, we will ask that you no longer tweeze your brows. Although we know it’s tempting to clean up between appointments, this is the only way we can really get that brow shape that you've been dreaming of.

How long will my tint last?

Brow & lash tinting will typically last between three and five weeks. Age, hair color, and texture can all affect longevity. A monthly appointment will keep you looking and feeling fresh. This will also help the color appear more vibrant and rich.

What’s your return policy? 

We want you to LOVE your brows and any products you have purchased. If you aren’t happy with your Browtiste products, please let us know within 7-days of purchase for a refund. 

If you’re not fully satisfied with your brows, please let us know within 7-days of your appointment and we will come up with a plan to get them back on track.
